Bali Malayali (“Bali Malayali”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated under PT Nomad Global Ventures, is a travel destination-management company that plans and operates personalized trips, tours, and experiences in Bali and surrounding islands.

By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you have their authority to accept these terms for them.

We arrange travel services including accommodation, transport, activities, guides, and related experiences. Itineraries we prepare are proposals until confirmed by us in writing (including via WhatsApp or email) after any required payment has been received.

• Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote or itinerary. Prices, availability, and inclusions may change until your booking is confirmed.
• Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for convenience; the binding price and currency are those stated on your confirmed quote or invoice.
• Unless expressly stated, quotes exclude international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, and anything listed under “exclusions” on your itinerary.

• A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation after receiving the deposit or payment specified on your quote.
• Payment schedules, methods, and any balance due dates are stated on your quote or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
• Bank charges, transfer fees, and payment-provider fees are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.

Because every itinerary is custom-built with different hotels, transport, and activity suppliers, the applicable cancellation and amendment terms are stated on each quote or itinerary we send you. Those terms form part of your contract with us.

• Requests to change or cancel must be sent to us in writing (WhatsApp or email).
• Some components (such as peak-season stays, fast boats, or special-rate hotel bookings) may be non-refundable once confirmed, as indicated on your itinerary.
• Refunds, where due, are returned via the original payment method and may take time to process depending on banks and suppliers.
• We may cancel or modify a booking where required by circumstances beyond our control (see Force majeure) — in that case we will work with you on rebooking, credit, or refund of recoverable amounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that every traveler holds a valid passport (generally with at least 6 months’ validity), any required visas, onward tickets, and health documentation required for entry into Indonesia and any other destination on your itinerary. We can provide guidance, but the final responsibility rests with you, and we are not liable for denied boarding or entry.

Some experiences (for example water sports, trekking, volcano sunrise tours, or adventure activities) involve inherent risks. You participate at your own discretion and must follow the safety instructions of operators and guides. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations so we can plan appropriately. We recommend that all travelers hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, and personal belongings.

Hotels, drivers, boat operators, activity providers, and other suppliers deliver parts of your trip as independent businesses under their own terms of service. We select and coordinate suppliers with care, but we do not own or operate them, and their acts or omissions are not ours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed flights booked separately, loss of enjoyment, or loss of earnings). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, volcanic activity, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, strikes, or transport disruptions. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives, credits, or refunds of amounts recoverable from suppliers.

You agree to treat guides, drivers, suppliers, and local communities with respect and to comply with local laws and customs. We may terminate services, without refund, for behavior that is unlawful, dangerous, or abusive toward our team or suppliers.

Itineraries, trip designs, photos, and content we create remain our intellectual property. They are provided for your personal use in planning and enjoying your trip and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will always try to resolve any concern directly with you first — please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking, and we will update the “Last updated” date above whenever changes are made.
